My doctor is not in the search results. What now?
Call us with the practice name and address. If they are not contracted, we can tell you whether a nomination makes sense and suggest contracted alternatives nearby.
Do I need a referral to see a specialist?
That depends on your plan design, not on the network. Check your benefit summary or call your plan administrator.
I am traveling. Am I still covered?
Many plans include a secondary or travel wrap network. Search by the city you are visiting, or call us before you go.
Has anything changed now that Evolutions is part of OpenNetworks?
No. The same phone numbers, provider search and network contracts stay in place, managed by the same Evolutions team.
